Hi, new here, just joined!
I have a 1977 Chev 1/2 ton that I have redone, It currently has a small block 305, I have been given a Olds 455 with Transmission that has approx 70.000 miles on it. I have spoken to a few people about putting this in my truck, what i have been told so far is, motor mounts will have to be fabricated as well as the cross member, also the transmission is a short shaft so I do beleive that I will have to get a drive shaft made up? Just wondering if this is doable or if anyone else has attempted this, any help would be fantastic, Thanks
