looking to swap a 318 Magnum for a high performance 360 motor. just wondering if this would work with a few modifications or if its even possible

Should be no problem, everything has the same bolt pattern,(transmission, motormounts, hoses, accesories, etc. the only concern will be balance (torque converter), check with machine shop it his could be an issue.
