    newbie

    Hi all,

I'm in Waverly, NY. I have a 95 toyota celica that I'm thinking of doing an engine swap in. It currently has a 1.8L engine and I'm looking at the possibilities of putting in a V6 or maybe even a small block (very small, LOL) V8. I also plan to convert it from FWD to rear wheel. I realize that some will say "You can't do that." or "Why don't you just get another car?" but where's the fun in that?

fwd to rwd can definitely be done with the right parts and some work.

do some digging and find out what the GTSfour celicas used for a rear end and subframe.

If you're lucky, you might just be a diff and driveshafts away already.

on the other end of the spectrum, you may need to import and or build a *Lot*
