After I tried P90x and had some unbelievable results I decided to try to help others reach their weight loss and muscle building goals. I've launched a new site for fitness, weight lifting, weight loss and related topics, RealFitnessReview.com . I hope you all will check it out and comment on some posts.

If you all have any ideas for site content please post 'em up here, I'd love some new thoughts.

The site is still very new and undeveloped but I have some good ideas. Ofcourse, your ideas are the ones I want most because you all are the audience I'm trying to help!

Hey Fred ... Do you have the videos???  What was the most difficult part of starting the system???

I do have all the videos, you gotta have those.  The most difficult part is just making up your mind to do it!  The most difficult workout for me is Plyometrics, but my wife likes that one so it's just different for each person.
