interpol130:I have a G35 auto sedan would it be this simple, the manual tranny swap for the g is so expensive and i think this would be a unique alternative and a little less money, but would the auto to manual wiring problems exists or since its a completely different motor would any problems happen. Because i would be using the VQ35 tranny
any help would be very nice thanks
Are you talking about the VQ30DET motor with a manual VQ35 tranny going in your G?
Or a VQ30DET going in your G using your stock auto tranny?
If you're talking about the second option then I really wouldn't recommend it for ya. It would be a lot less hassle just to get a turbo kit for your G. Plus, you'd have the extra .5 liter displacement and the peace of mind knowing you've got the original motor in there, untouched.
