Description and datasheet mP6141
MCP616
MCP6144
MCP6143
:
family of non-unity gain stable operational amplifiers (op amps) from Microchip Technology Inc. operate with a single supply voltage as low s 1.4V, while drawing less than 1A (max.) of quies- ent current per amplifier. These devices are also esigned to support rail-to-rail input and output opera- ion. This combination of features supports attery-powered and portable applications. he MCP6141/2/3/4 amplifiers have a gain bandwidth roduct of 100kHz (typ.) and are stable for gains of 0V/V or higher. These specifications make these op mps appropriate for battery powered applications here a higher frequency response from the amplifier
is required. he MCP6141/2/3/4 family operational amplifiers are ffered in single (MCP6141), single ith Chip Select (MCP6143), dual (MCP6142) and quad CS MCP6144) configurations. The MCP6141 device is vailable in the 5-lead SOT-23 package, and the CP6143 device is available in the 6-lead SOT-23 ackage.
