you mean the factory auto they have? mine came with a 4 speed, only $35 in scrap alloy:(

do you have a wiring diagram for the vq30det engine ..i'm planing a similar swap into my z32 300zx

no nothing sorry, i had always planned to use a link ecu so never tried to find a diagram, mabey your local nissan dealer could help you ?

what type/trim is the oem turbo and do you have pix of the flange? how does the compressor side and turbine side look?

i have no pics of it at all, but its just a t3, same style as r32/r33 turbos

skyline RB26DETT turbos are T28's with t25 flanges I beleive. Id love to use them in my project, but im just going to use 2 T25's off an SR20DET

does anyone know wut size are the injectors and does anyone know the max amount of boost this engine can handle?

the factory injectors are tiny @333cc these need to be changed, for the Y33 version engine,mabey Y34 also but i havnt seen one, the injectors are the same style as sr20det and rb25det injectors so plenty of upgrades are available.

Max boost is a different question, really depends on tuning along with many other variables, Why are you interested in max boost? rather than setting the engine up for a certain application?

i was curious. i order the vq30det that was floating around on ebay for while. i will be wanting to do a similar setup as you. i will cheange the injectors out and prolly do a t70 or gt35r or gt40r single turbo or two t28's. i was really meaning to say how much HP can this stock block hold?

Please, do you have pictures for the tranny convertion? I also work for a dismanteler in USA, and seems that I can get a fwd auto tranny for a couple bucks. Any info will be appreciated.

pretty sure that the FD Primary 550C fuel injectors will work correct? the are side feed also.

Jar- Your using your VQ in an s13 correct? A fwd tranny wont work in a rwd car. The only trannys that bolt up are the rwd VQ35 manual/auto trannys and the JDM only VQ30DET auto box. And that leaves us with 6MT's out of G35's and 350z's.

As far as max boost/HP, alot of guys on maxima.org are running 300-400WHP no problem on completely stock VQ30's. 10:1 compression and all. Id expect a  VQ30DET  to handle it much better pushing the HP limit a lot farther up.
