I am having issues with my Dodge Ram 50 Sport 4x4 engine, and there are concerns about it being able to pass smog requirements in the state of California. The question I have in mind is if there is anything that will bolt directly to the existing transmission...like the 3.0L 6 cylinder made for the later years and offering 142 horsepower, with fuel injection instead of a carburator.
I am definitely in need of good advice to look into, and solve the problem. Thank you!
